Description

This mixture contains all fine textured grasses. It exhibits a very fine almost wiry texture and when left unmowed grows to 15 inches high giving a ‘meadow’ effect. This mixture exhibits a deep green color. This mixture contains wildflowers which add seasonal color to the mixture.

Uses

Turfgrass mixtures for sun or shade.

Seeding Rates

New turf or ground cover: 5-7 pounds per 1000 square feet.


Establishment

Emergence: 10-14 days.
Establishment: 6-8 weeks. Best seeded in fall, winter and spring.


Adaptability & Care

Growing region: Cooler areas, preferably on well drained soils.
pH Range: Will tolerate slightly acid conditions.
Salinity: slightly tolerant of saline conditions.
*Add wildflower seed on a seasonal basis to maintain color.
